Ready to apply? Please read the requirements below carefully before submitting your application — we will not be able to start the application process if the application or any required documents are missing.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 675 to be considered.

Building & Accessibility Information

• This is a 4-story building plus basement with no elevator

• This building is not ADA compliant

• A ramp provides access to the first floor only

• Laundry is located in the basement

• Strict no smoking / no pet policy

Required Documents

In addition to the completed rental application, please have the following ready to submit:

1. A copy of a valid driver's license or official valid Photo ID

2. A recent copy of your credit score from Experian (must show credit score and match the applicant's name)

3. Proof of employment - a copy of your last 2 pay stubs from your employer

4. If you receive financial aid from the State of Massachusetts: a copy of your MA housing assistance award letter or monthly voucher

5. If you receive SSDI and/or a social security check: a copy of your award letter showing the monthly amount

6. A copy of your latest bank statement

7. A copy of your Renter's Liability Insurance Policy, showing your new address with studio number (due within 2 weeks of move-in)

Rental Terms

• Long or short term leases available, based on availability

• Stays of 3 months or less are subject to the MA State Occupancy Tax of 11.7% per month

3. Submit your completed application and required documents to the office via email, fax, mail or in person

4. Call the office to schedule an appointment - units are not shown without an appointment, availability is dependent on move in date
