Thank you for your interest in Apartment Resources. The Rent Cost information is as follows: The rent ranges anywhere between $675.00 to $875.00 per month or $500.00 to $600.00 per week. If you are paying by the month, a security deposit equivalent to one months rent is needed.
If you are paying on a weekly basis, we will need a security deposit in the amount of $500.00 and a departure date. Maximum stay on a weekly basis is Five weeks, otherwise, one must convert to a monthly basis or depart. The rent includes heat, electricity and water. There is a 9.7% tax that applies for the first three (3) months, there after the tax does not apply. The tax is for the short-term licensing.
If you wish to rent linen, the cost is $30.00 per month. The cost of posts, pans, dishes and etc. is $25.00 per month. You are welcome to rent these accessories, yet you are more than Welcome to bring your own. Look Left Click on Tenant Services for more information.
